A 73-year-old Kenton man was sent to prison for 30 months after he pleaded guilty to one count of gross sexual imposition in which the victim was younger than the age of 13. According to Hardin County Common Pleas Court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Thomas J. Donegan, 1037 S. Main St., Apt. 39, Kenton, also was designated a Tier II sexual offender by Judge Scott Barrett.

The Hardin County Probate and Juvenile courts will be closed from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.

Patricia Anne Lynn, Martins Ferry – speeding 36 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $250. Case was heard by acting Judge Colleen O’Connell.

A Kenton man was sentenced to two years in prison for drug-related charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Jared E. Craid, 0599 TR 30, Ada – speeding 40 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $250. Case was heard by acting Judge Colleen O’Connell. Darrian Lease, unknown address – speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A Kenton man was sent to prison after he pleaded guilty to one count of possession of heroin in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records, Jeremy Lee Madison, 602 W. Franklin St., Kenton, was sentenced to 12 months in prison by Judge Scott Barrett.

Jenifer D. Badertscher, 0589 Ohio 235, Ada – speeding 39 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $250.
