A Kenton woman was placed on community control and ordered to pay restitution of move than $30,000 to Hardin County Job and Family Services for welfare fraud following a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Carrie Mae Rogel Nava, 530 1/2 N. Wayne St., Kenton, pleaded guilty to one count of grand theft.

Robert L. Sibold Jr., Lafayette – speeding 67 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25. Karen S. Marling, 18250 TR 206, Mount Victory – speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25.

A Kenton man was placed on community control for five years after he pleaded guilty to charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kyle Devin Brummage, also known as Kyle Devan Brumage and Kyle Devin Kemmere, 371 W. Espy St., Kenton, was found guilty of one count each of burglary, petty theft and receiving stolen property.

Nicholas Dunn, Harrod – speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Fined $25 for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Judith S. Caldwell, 539 E. Lincoln Ave., Ada and Alissa Danielle Garmatter, Rawson.
