A Dunkirk man has been sent to prison for 41 months by Judge Scott Barrett of Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Rodney McKean, 14565 CR 30, Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to one charge each of possessing criminal tools, receiving stolen property and illegal cultivation of marijuana.

ADA — The Ohio 3rd District Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in two cases in the Large Moot Court Room of Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. The oral arguments will be held before a three-judge panel consisting of Judges Stephen R. Shaw, Vernon L. Preston and John R. Willamowski.

A Marion woman was sent to prison after pleading guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court to tampering with evidence after she stole videos from Walmart.
