A Kenton man was sentenced to more than 8 years in prison after he was found guilty of theft charges in cases heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Zachary Tyler Ray, 627 E. Franklin St., Kenton, appeared in court on two separate cases.

Hardin County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Barrett has invited both sides in the Dennis Dellifield case to share their definition of “obscene” as it applies to the charges in the case. The former Allen East music teacher is facing charges after he allegedly sought pictures of a 16-year-old former student’s genitals.

Murphy Gant, Sacramento, Calif. – speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A 17-year-old female for stop sign violation, court ordered: Carteens, 30-day license suspension and fined $35.

A Kenton man was placed on community control for five years after he pleaded guilty to theft charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Charles Bradley Adkins, 726 Tracy St., Kenton, was charged with three counts of petty theft and one charge of theft from a person in a protected class.

Judge Steve Christopher has released an account of transactions from the Probate Division of the Hardin County Court of Common Pleas for 2017. There were 202 marriage licenses granted with 90 wills filed and probated.

A Kenton man was placed on five years of community control after pleading guilty to drug charges in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Joseph Clay Madison, 344 Kuert St., Kenton, pleaded guilty to one charge each of possession of drugs and possession of heroin.

From the beginning, the lines between the prosecution and defense in the Dennis Dellifield case were drawn. Hardin County Prosecutor Brad Bailey believes that during the two-day trial in Hardin County Common Pleas Court he presented enough evidence to convict the former Allen East music teacher of four felony counts of attempted obscenity involving a minor; two felony counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and two misdemeanor counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance.
