Thefts net community control for Kenton man A Kenton man was placed on community control for five years after he pleaded guilty to theft charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Charles Bradley Adkins, 726 Tracy St., Kenton, was charged with three counts of petty theft and one charge of theft from a person in a protected class. Dellifield case goes to judge for decision From the beginning, the lines between the prosecution and defense in the Dennis Dellifield case were drawn. Hardin County Prosecutor Brad Bailey believes that during the two-day trial in Hardin County Common Pleas Court he presented enough evidence to convict the former Allen East music teacher of four felony counts of attempted obscenity involving a minor; two felony counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material and two misdemeanor counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance.
