An Amish buggy carrying eight people was hit from behind by a car Sunday evening about 8 p.m. about a mile north of Mount Victory.

BELLEFONTAINE — A Rushsylvania woman has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of her husband late Friday night. Rosalie Kennedy, 62, is being held in the Logan County Jail on a single murder charge for shooting and killing her husband, Gary L. Kennedy, 66.
