Police Reports: April 15, 2016 Melissa M. Herzog, 17565 CR 209, Mount Victory, was southbound on N. Main St., approaching the intersection of Eliza Street, while Enrique Mendez, 410 Vine St., was stopped at the stop sign on Eliza St. facing east. Mendez pulled from the stop sign and failed to yield to Herzog, striking the vehicle. He was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign. Read More
