Police Reports: July 1, 2015 Sam Francisco, 660 N. Detroit St., reported the theft of his cell phone while at Sisters Midway Restaurant, 350 W. Franklin St. He advised that when he went to pay, he laid his phone down at the cash register and paid. He then went back and the phone was gone. Read More
