Kimpton B. Sharp, 325 E. Franklin St., and Lori J. Lowery, Belle Center, were stopped in the right lane facing south at the railroad crossing in the 300 block of S. Detroit Street.

A found bike was reported at 717 Cooper St. The bike, a light blue Mongoose, was picked up and stored at the Allen Building. Unwanted persons were reported at 655 East St. Apt. 9 and 505 Robinson Ave.

Robert C. Frederick, 6460 CR 50, Ridgeway, was eastbound in the 900 block of E. Columbus Street and approaching the intersection of Hester Street.

Eugene R. Swanger, Springfield, was at the stop sign of the intersection at E. Ohio and S. Main streets, while Connie L. Biddinger, 723 W. Lima St., was traveling south on S. Main Street in the right-hand land. Swanger failed to yield the right-of-way to Biddinger and struck the vehicle when making a right turn onto S. Main Street.

Suspicious persons were reported in the 500 block of E. North Street.

James Christopher Gudger, 616 Robinson Ave., was arrested on an active warrant through the Hardin County Municipal Court.

An unknown driver of a vehicle was traveling north on Railroad Street and ran off the road right as they approached the curve onto North Avenue.

A suspicious man was reported in the 100 block of Jennings Street.

A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of N. Market Street.

Officers were called to Hardin Memorial Hospital for a report of a patient trying to leave. An officer was aware of an active warrant for the patient’s arrest. The suspect, Brandy M. Fay, 655 East St. Apt. 27, was located in the 800 block of Cooper Street and taken into custody.
