Kenton man charged with rape A Kenton man was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with raping a girl. Thomas Joseph Todd, 50, of 63 Rush Trailer Park, allegedly raped an 11- to 12-year-old female over a period of time, according to Kenton Police Chief Dennis Musser. Read More
