An assault by a known suspect was reported at 655 N. High St. Joe VanHoose, 419 W. North St., was crossing W. Franklin Steet on the west side of N. Market Street heading south.

A burglary-in-progress was reported at 317 N. Ida St. A report was received of a suspicious man running from Davis Motor Sales.

An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Superior Street for a report of an unruly juvenile. A report was received of a found mountain bike outside Davis Motor Sales. The bike was collected and placed into storage.

Two officers noticed a car leaving a residence which is suspected of housing drug activity. The driver attempted to elude the policemen and stopped his car in a yard in the 500 block of W. Carrol St. where he continued on foot in his attempt to avoid the officers.

Kerry S. Beavers, Obetz, was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Accidents were reported in ther 500 block of West Lima Street and at Columbus and Leighton streets.

A possible domestic situation was reported at the Forest Court C building.

Officers were aware of an active warrant on Johnathon D. Johnson, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 42-D, through the Hardin County Municipal Court. Johnson was observed driving eastbound in the 300 block of W. North Street and was stopped at the Marathon gas station at the intersection of Detroit and North streets.

An employee at Harco Industries, 707 N. Ida St., reported that she was informed of a possible rape that may have happened on Monday, Aug. 31 at 707 N. Ida St.

Tiffany D. Black, 357 N. Detroit St., was southbound on N. Main Street traveling through the intersection of E. Carrol Street. Jerica D. McKenzie, 17334 TR 95, was stopped at the stop sign in the intersection facing west.
