Chelsey M. Risner, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 40-D, reported that she became involved in an argument with a named suspect at her residence after he took her cell phone from her. While attempting to get it back, she was knocked to the floor and bit by the suspect.

An officer responded to a report of breaking and entering at 901 S. Wayne St. A man reported that his business office had been entered and items stolen, including power tools and a trail camera.

Zachary R. Woodall, 305 W. Grove St., reported a theft that occurred on Jan. 16.

It was reported that sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and 7 a.m. on Thursday, an unknown person forced entry into Thomas Tavern, 801 Steiner Ave., and took money, a flat screen TV and the remote control for the TV.
