Dunkirk resident injured as truck blasts through home DUNKIRK — Jerry Smith was just spending some time in the living room at his home on the south edge of Dunkirk about noon on Friday, when a loaded semi truck blasted through the house. ONU unveils spacious new engineering building ADA — Construction workers were still moving cranes and adjusting scaffolding as Ohio Northern University students got their first look at the new James Lehr Kennedy Engineering Building on the Ada campus in August. The workers were still tweaking portions of the structure Friday as members of the local media were given a tour of the spacious $30 million addition to the campus. An open house for the public is scheduled for Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to noon. The building is slated to be dedicated in a ceremony on Oct. 11. Read More
