Ben Logan senior Dalton Rockhold (center) signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his education and play football at the University of Findlay on Wednesday.

Hardin Hills Health and Rehab Center had a fun day Sunday getting pumped up for the Super Bowl game. The activity staff passed out Super Bowl sundaes and residents wore NFL team shirts and colors.

Ali Goble and Ryan LaVergne were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church, Kenton by Rev. Scott Johnson. The bride is the daughter of Veronica Kemmere of Bellefontaine and the late Todd Goble.

Last winter the Kenton girls basketball team rallied from a double digit deficit to defeat Ridgemont in overtime. On Tuesday night, the Gophers returned the favor as they used a strong effort on the defensive end of the floor and on the offensive boards to overcome a 35-25 deficit midway though the third quarter to come away with a 52-48 victory.

ADA — The Cleveland Indians have the most wins in the American League over the past six seasons and have made the Major League Baseball postseason season the past four years. With their entire starting pitching rotation returning, they are hoping to make it seven straight winning seasons and five consecutive postseason appearances in 2019.
