The Hardin County Council on Aging Senior Center celebrated Grandparents Day by playing Bingo and enjoying ice cream sundaes. They also had a discussion about being grandparents.

ADA — National Falls Prevention Awareness Day will be observed on Friday and the Ohio Northern University Chapter of American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) will be holding a Falls Prevention Day walk on the tundra at ONU.

Learn the difference between normal memory slips and dementia at a special free program, “Know the 10 Signs: Early Detection Matters,” to be offered Monday, Sept. 25, from 2 to 3 p.m. at HardinCrest Apartments, 900 E. Columbus St., Kenton.
