LIMA — Kenton junior Brandon Feltner got a measure of revenge Thursday during the first day of a Division II sectional tennis tournament. A week after being outlasted in three sets by Elida’s Andrew Line in the first round of the Western Buckeye League second singles tournament, Feltner beat Line in two tight sets in the first round of sectionals.

R’mont girls start well at NWCC track

WAYNESFIELD — Waynesfield-Goshen leads both the boys and girls side after Day 1 of the Northwest Central Conference track and field meet on Thursday, but the Ridgemont girls are right behind the Tigers. Waynesfield-Goshen leads the girls side with 28.5 points, 4.5 more than the Gophers.
