HN girls grab second place at home meet

DOLA — The Hardin Northern girls track team was second and the Polar Bear boys were third in a tri-meet with McComb and North Baltimore on Tuesday afternoon. North Baltimore won the girls meet with 59 points, followed by Hardin Northern with 54 and McComb with 32.

VAN WERT — Kenton got wins from its top singles player and top doubles team on Tuesday night. The Wildcats were unable to pick up a third victory anywhere else as they fell to Van Wert 3-2 in Western Buckeye League tennis play.

Raiders sweep meet

BELLEFONTAINE — Ben Logan won both the boys and girls sides of its home quad track meet Tuesday. The Raider girls edged Ada 83-78 for first place. Lima Central Catholic was third with 48 points.
