Two-out rallies lift Kenton by R’dale

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Getting two outs was not a problem for the Riverdale baseball team on Thursday afternoon. Finding a way to get the third out proved to be difficult however as Kenton scored a combined 12 unearned runs with two outs in the third and sixth innings on the way to a 13-2 six-inning victory over the Falcons.

Farmer, Naus lead Falcons past Kenton

MOUNT BLANCHARD — With the score tied at one Thursday evening, Riverdale senior Julia Naus stepped to the plate to lead off the bottom of the fifth inning. She drilled a hit that lifted the Falcons to a 3-1 non-conference softball victory over Kenton.

RIDGEWAY — Nashley Robinson and Priscilla Howland both had two hits and two RBIs and Sydney Totten homered as Ridgemont defeated Perry 8-5 in a Northwest Central Conference softball game on Thursday afternoon.
