LONDON — London scored 41 unanswered points over the final three quarters in rolling to a 48-6 victory in a battle of Central Buckeye Conference cross-divisional opponents on Friday night.

With less than 30 minutes remaining, Thursday’s contest between Upper Sandusky and Riverdale was just a one-goal match. Then, Riverdale took over. The Falcons ripped off four goals in less than 17 minutes to run away with a 6-1 win over Upper Sandusky in girls North Central Ohio Soccer Association action at Upper Sandusky.

ONTARIO — Riverdale’s Andrew Kuenzli advanced to the district golf tournament for the third year in a row on Thursday, finishing second overall at the Division III sectional tournament at Valley View.

KALIDA — The Kenton golf team was 10th of 11 teams with a score of 394 at the Division II sectional tournament at Moose Landing on Thursday. Trey Jeffries was the top Wildcat, carding a 93 in his final round of the season.

ST. MARYS — St. Marys had little trouble with Kenton on Thursday as the Roughriders defeated the Wildcats 25-11, 25-11, 25-12 in a Western Buckeye League volleyball matchup.

RICHWOOD — North Union handed the Ben Logan volleyball team its first Central Buckeye Conference loss of the season, defeating the Raiders 25-20, 26-24, 25-21 on Thursday night. The Raiders fall to 12-5 overall and 5-1 in league play.

BELLEFONTAINE — The Ben Logan girls soccer team defeated Miami Valley School 2-1 on Thursday night. Rachel Mears and Emily Roth scored goals for the Raiders, while Kerry Copenhaver added an assist.
