Raiders’ Manns wins regional high jump PIQUA — Ben Logan’s Madison Manns can add the words regional champion to the list of accomplishments she has compiled in just two years as a high jumper for the Raider track team. The junior cleared 5-2 on Thursday afternoon to win the Division II regional meet in Piqua and earn a spot in the state track meet for the second consecutive year.
