Noon on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Steve Hess and Pastor Tom Hanks officiating. Burial will follow at Yoder Cemetery in Bellefontaine. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home. Barbara passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Society in Arlington.
