Eugene W. Frey Posted on February 11, 2023 0 Services for Eugene W. Frey, 83 will begin at noon Tuesday in St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel, Kirby by Father Conrad Sutter. Friends may call 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel, Kirby. He died Feb. 9, 2023 at his residence. He was born on Aug. 15, 1939 in Wyandot County to the late Albert and Viola (Kelbley) Frey. He married Jean Ann Frisch on Sept. 12, 1959 and she survives in Upper Sandusky. Also surviving are his children, Connie (Mark) Boyd of Tennessee, Jackie (Roger) Heyman of Forest, Alan (Nancy) Frey of Arlington, Joyce (Dwight) Rickle of Findlay, Stanley (Kelly) Frey of Upper Sandusky, and Kevin (Elizabeth) Frey of Solon; a brother, James Frey of Westerville; sisters-in-law Ruth Ann Frey, and Martha Frey; brother-in-law D. Terry Hartle. He was preceded in death by siblings Willis “Willie” Frey, Richard “Dick” Frey, Mary Ellen White, Millie E. Hartle, and Margie Bumb.
