Bailey will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Anita VanBuskirk. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday. Donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the Hardin County Historical Museum. Condolences may be left for the family by visiting stoutcrates.com. He died on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at his residence.
