Second Expression a success at Alger Library ALGER — The second annual Second Expression, a fundraiser for Hardin County artists and the Alger Public Library, was again a huge success. With ribbons, trophies and cash prizes awarded, one-of-a-kind artworks sold and encouraging words shared by retired educator Jerry Kramer; Jon Cross, president and CEO of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance; Brice Beaman, Hardin County commissioner; and Paul Osborne, Marion Township trustee, the evening was enjoyed by all.
