Lunch and Learn to address annuities

ADA — Liberty National Bank and Community Health Professionals (CHP) of Ada is hosting a free Lunch and Learn from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 15 at CHP, 1200 S. Main St., Ada. The topic is “Understanding Annuities: The good, the Bad and the Ugly” presented by Michael McMeans, CFP of Liberty Financial Services, LLC.

Kenton special board meeting

The Kenton City Schools Board of Education will be having a special meeting to hire personnel at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the board office, 222 W. Carrol St., Kenton. The board also will act on an amended resolution for the new athletic complex.

Mark Aldrich, a member of Peacock Water, has successfully completed the professional sales seminar at Kinetico’s Sales Academy, the training arm of Kinetico Incorporated, Newbury, Ohio. Aldrich, along with other sales professionals working for dealerships across the country, participated in this sales training seminar conducted by Kinetico, a manufacturer of non-electric, metered, demand operated, twin tank water processing equipment.
