Judge Cynthia Rice, candidate for Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court and former first lady Frances Strickland, wife of former Governor Ted Strickland who is a candidate for the United States Senate, will be the featured speakers at the Hardin County Democrats Presidents' Day Luncheon and Rally.
