Neiswander will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada by Deacon Michael Hood. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ada with military services conducted by the Ada VFW Post 9381 Honor Guard. Friends may call 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sept. 24. He died at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018 at Birchaven Village, Findlay. A complete obituary will be published at a later date.
