Michael Hubbell (left) of Kenton was sworn in Monday morning as the new Democratic board member on the Hardin County Board of Elections by Hardin County Prosecuting Attorney Bradford Bailey. Hubbell replaces Donald Traxler, who resigned on May 6 after serving on the board for many years.
