The Hardin County Democratic Party opened its party headquarters in Kenton at noon on Monday, Sept. 19. The headquarters is located at 16 N. Roundhead precinct moves to McDonald

The election precinct in Roundhead is going to be temporarily relocated to the new McDonald Township building at 5302 Ohio 67, Room B (across from the McDonald Cemetery). According to a release from the Hardin County Board of Elections, this change will begin with the Nov. 8 General Election.

One of three issues passes

Just one of three local tax levies was approved by Hardin County voters during Tuesday’s primary election, according to unofficial results from the Board of Elections. A 1.6-mill replacement levy for the Jackson-Forest Ambulance District was approved by a vote of 344 to 140.
