Kathy Tracy opened the Blue Star Mothers meeting on April 28. Members received their Blue Star Mothers cards. Marlene Brooks was welcomed to the chapter. The Tree Town Festival is July 10. Line-up starts at 5:30 p.m., with the parade at 6:30 p.m. The group decided on participating in the parade again this year.
