Ticket sales underway for Rascal Flatts concert in Lima LIMA — Online ticket sales began today for the Rascal Flatts with Kelsea Ballerini concert at the 2016 Allen County Fair on Aug. 27. Ticket prices are $65 for the pit directly in front of the stage, $55 for track seating and $45 for grandstand and bleachers.
