MARION — “Charlotte’s Web” will come alive on the Marion Palace Theatre stage Feb. 19-21. Featuring a cast of 29 local youth, it is the theatre’s first junior stage play.

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music presents the ONU Wind Orchestra on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at the Freed Center for the Performing Arts. The ONU Wind Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Thomas A. Hunt, presents a program of music for winds and percussion, including James Barnes’ Third Symphony, David Maslanka’s “Mother Earth,” and Rolf Rudin’s “Aufbruch.”

LIMA — Online ticket sales began today for the Rascal Flatts with Kelsea Ballerini concert at the 2016 Allen County Fair on Aug. 27. Ticket prices are $65 for the pit directly in front of the stage, $55 for track seating and $45 for grandstand and bleachers. Prices include service charges, but do not include a gate admission ticket to the fair, which is required.

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music will present guest pianist Jeong-In Kim at the Snyder Recital Hall in Presser Hall on Monday, Feb. 15, at 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

ADA — Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present “Picnic” from Feb. 18-20 at 7:30 p.m. There also will be two matinee performances on Feb. 20 and 21 at 2 p.m.

ADA — Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present the comedy of Jon Reep and Etta May in the Freed Center on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m.

MARION — The Palace Cultural Arts Association will present the Bluegrass/Gospel band GRAIL in the Palace Theatre May Pavilion in Marion on Friday, Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Comprised of local musicians Micky Bloomfield (bass,vocals), Craig Schertzer (guitar, vocals), Bruce Seckel (guitar, vocals), and Vern Sizemore (banjo, vocals), the band will perform traditional and contemporary bluegrass and gospel along with their version of some nontraditionaltunes from other genres.

Follow the fictional story of a beauty pageant via The University of Findlay’s production of “Smile: The Musical,” to be staged on Wednesday through Sunday, Feb. 17-21. It will be performed at the John and Hester Powell Grimm Theatre in the Frank J. Egner Center for the Performing Arts.

ADA — The Ohio Northern University Department of Music presents a Steel Band Day concert featuring the Glass City Steel from the Toledo Schools for the Arts, the Clark Montessori Steel Band and The Wild Steel-ions in Presser Hall on Saturday, Feb. 6 at 5 p.m.

BLUFFTON — Tickets are available for the third concert in the 2015-16 Bluffton University Artist Series for pianist Ann-Marie McDermott at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 in Yoder Recital Hall. McDermott has played concertos, recitals and chamber music in hundreds of cities throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
