Ridgeway council discusses finances with commissioner RIDGEWAY — Ridgeway officials discussed additional funding for the village with Hardin County Commissioner Tim Striker at Tuesday's monthly meeting. Striker was asked by Mayor Kevin Howland about the casino revenue and the possibility the county would share some of those funds with the county's villages. Howland said he was hoping the county's additional revenue from the Hog Creek Wind Farm would "loosen up the county's purse strings" and allow the commissioners to send on some of the casino funds to cover the cost of local needs.
