McGUFFEY — Storm water is infiltrating the sealed lines of the McGuffey sanitary sewer system, causing an overload on the plant and wearing out the overtaxed equipment. The town council will take on the work needed to identify the problem in the coming year.

James R. Wells, 723 W. Lima St., Lot 70, was traveling south on S. Detroit Street when Daniel Miller, 12913 CR 195, who was operating a horse and buggy and traveling east on Walnut Street, pulled out into the intersection of Walnut and Detroit streets without yielding to Wells, causing an accident.
