Mike Steele, 622 S. Wayne St., reported that his bicycle was stolen from his back yard.

Natasha Lee Seitz, 506 W. Columbus St., was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the department. She was held there until sober and then released on a summons for disorderly conduct.

Garl G. Stober, 750 W. Kohler St., reported a known person stole his check book from his house.

Hardin County dispatch reported a 9-1-1 call for a domestic disturbance at 980 Meadow Lane Apt. 45. April L. Reid, 531 S. Wayne St., reported finding several items missing from her daughter’s unsecured vehicle.

Sam Francisco, 660 N. Detroit St., reported the theft of his cell phone while at Sisters Midway Restaurant, 350 W. Franklin St. He advised that when he went to pay, he laid his phone down at the cash register and paid. He then went back and the phone was gone.

A 27-year-old male was reported missing from Eagles Point Apartments D building.

Friday Wilbert D. Schmidt, 11535 CR 106, was stopped at a stop sign facing east on West North Street at the intersection of North Detroit Street and failed to yield the right-of-way to northbound traffic.

An officer was dispatched to a report of drug activity at 431 E. Carrol St. Upon investigation, it was found that Haley M. Hayter, same address, had an outstanding warrant out for her arrest.

Margaret A. Bechtol, 119 E. Lynn St., reported the theft of her license plates. She stated that last June, she put the vehicle in storage at 115 S. Cherry St. inside a garage.

Jennifer L. Mock, 444 W. Columbus St., reported that sometime overnight, someone broke out the window on the rear driver’s side door of her vehicle, which was parked in a gravel parking area in front of her residence at the time of the incident.
