Stefnay L. Dick, 333 W. Railroad St., reported that someone entered her vehicle overnight and removed spare change. She noted that the car doors were locked.

A 16-year-old male was observed by an officer crossing the road while walking westbound in the 400 block of N. Main Street.

An officer responded to 406 Terry St. for a report of vandalism to a garage. Carolyn A. Bates, 308 Park Ave., reported a theft from her bank account.

Hunter Matthew Hart, 603 Fontaine St., reported a theft from his vehicle.

An officer was requested at Hardin Memorial Hospital to speak with an individual about child abuse. Justin Alexander Hale, unknown Kenton address, was the driver of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation in the 10 block of N. Cherry Street.
