Richard Harold Clark, 224 Park Ave., was the driver of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation in the 100 block of S. High Street.

Minor vandalism was reported at 309 E. Ohio St.

Kenton police A report was received of an assault by a known suspect at Scioto Village Apartments.

Bethany J. Broseke, 621 E. Columbus St., reported that she was the victim of a theft at a local business. She reported that the suspect took money from her to apply to her account with the business and then kept the money instead of applying it to the account.

The Hardin County fire and explosion investigation team is seeking information regarding a suspected arson to a home at 23382 CR 144, at approximately 11:20 p.m. July 4. The heavily damaged house is owned by Gary Oates. Anyone with information about the fire should contact Det. Mike Conley at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, 419-673-1268.        

A water line break was reported in the 400 block of N. Glendale Street.

A suspicious male was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street.

A theft was reported at 431 N. Main St. A report was received of a male kicking a vehicle at the Huntington Bank drive thru.

Unruly juvenile reports were received at 43 Grape St. and in the Showplace parking lot.

Kenton police Liberty National Bank reported a possible fraud case.
