Police Reports: April 19, 2016 The department was advised by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office that a stolen vehicle from Seneca County was believed to be in the 800 block of Morningside Drive. Police Reports: April 15, 2016 Melissa M. Herzog, 17565 CR 209, Mount Victory, was southbound on N. Main St., approaching the intersection of Eliza Street, while Enrique Mendez, 410 Vine St., was stopped at the stop sign on Eliza St. facing east. Mendez pulled from the stop sign and failed to yield to Herzog, striking the vehicle. He was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign. Read More
Police Reports: April 14, 2016 A gas drive-off was reported at Fuel America. After pumping the gas, the suspect walked into the store and bought other items but did not pay for the gasoline. An employee spoke with the suspect’s daughter, and then the suspect called the store and said he’d be in to pay for the gasoline. As of the time of the report, the gas had still not been paid for. Police Reports: April 13, 2016 Christopher Francis, 619 S. Oak St., reported a theft from his vehicle. According to Francis, when checking to see if there was frost on the car windows, he saw the dome light on in the vehicle. He went outside to check the doors where he found the driver’s side door open and a man sitting in the seat rummaging through the vehicle. Read More

She stated that she was looking over her banking account and noticed two fraudulent charges to the account in the amounts of $260.01 from Walmart in Reynolodsburg and $36.22 from United Dairy Farmers in Westerville.
