Elida ends Kenton’s best recent season in overtime The Kenton boys soccer team was having its best season in recent memory after finishing the regular season with a winning record overall and a .500 mark in Western Buckeye League play. Unfortunately for the Wildcats, the season came to an abrupt end Monday night when Elida’s Cade Parker scored with 1:49 left in the first overtime to lift the Bulldogs to a 2-1 victory over the host Wildcats in a sectional tournament contest.
