FINDLAY — There were a few tense moments Wednesday night for the Riverdale girls soccer team in a Division III district semifinal. Bluffton controlled most of the first 20 minutes, but a timely goal by Gabi Rodriguez gave the Falcons a lift.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — The Riverdale girls cross country team is entering uncharted territory this weekend. When the Falcon quintet of Juleigha Collier, Kendra Collier, Audrey Leopold, Isa Renteria and Adrian Digby compete in the Division III regional cross country meet in Tiffin on Saturday, it will be the first time in school history the Riverdale girls have competed as a team in the event.

BEREA — The No. 25-ranked Ohio Northern volleyball team clinched at least a share of its 23rd Ohio Athletic Conference regular-season title with a 25-17, 25-17, 25-21 victory at Baldwin Wallace on Tuesday evening.

ADA — The No. 3-ranked Ohio Northern men's soccer team celebrated senior night with a 7-1 victory over Baldwin Wallace on Tuesday.

BELLEFONTAINE — The Benjamin Logan High School Athletic Department is hosting a fall sports banquet to honor the athletes who participated in cross country, golf and soccer on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. in the high school commons.
