Hefner wins Club 250 prize Posted on February 5, 2018 0 Kenton-Hardin County Soroptimist International congratulates Club 250 winner Cindy Hefner for week 10. She will receive $100. Club 250 is a fundraiser to help provide scholarships to local area women and girls for further education and improvement of lifestyle. Awarding of scholarships will be at ONU on March 22 at the Celebration of Women banquet.
