His remains will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, DC, where full military rites will be held at the time of burial. He died at 9:13 p.m. on Monday May 28, 2018 at the Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In lieu of flowers donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home, Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be left for the family by visiting stoutcrates.com.
