Harris Jr. will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor J. Mac Geissinger. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery with full military rites conducted by the Kenton AMVETS Post 1994 Honor Guard. Friends may call 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. He died at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Lima Memorial Hospital. Donations in Gene’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
