Mary E. Humphrey

Services for Mary E. Humphrey, 93 will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest by Pastor Doug Pummell. Interment will be in Hueston Cemetery, Forest.

Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Thursday and an hour before services on Friday.

She died Feb. 27, 2023 at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born Nov. 16, 1929 in Hardin County to the late Harry and Juanita (Waxler) Green. She married Vernon Humphrey on June 16, 1948 and he preceded her in death on Nov. 26, 1998.

Surviving are her children Anita (Robert) Spence of Findlay, LuAnn (David) Lessig of Kirby, Brent Humphrey of Upper Sandusky; a son-in-law, Ed Kauble of Wharton; and a brother, Jerry Green.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Kauble, five brothers and five sisters.
