Fined $25 for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Jason Adam Snyder, Rushsylvania; and Hunter D. Gray, Newark.
Barbara A. Fite, Wharton – speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for September:
Financing statements filed – 2; financing statements released – 2; deeds filed – 129, mortgaged filed – 85; amount of mortgages filed – $8,359,622.51; releases filed – 80; land contracts filed – 1; power of attorneys filed – 4;
Brian J. Harder, 10085 CR 150, Kenton – speeding 48 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
William C. Roberts, Bellefontaine – speeding 48 mph in a 35 mph zone, one prior offense, fined $65.
Fined $25 for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Ty Steven Hiller, 9669 CR 135, Kenton; and Shirley J. Rawlins, Wharton.
The Hardin County Veterans Service Commission issued 12 vouchers for the month of September at a cost of $3,013.37.
Two of the vouchers were to pay for food at a cost of $400. The remaining $2, 613.37 covered utility and other expenses.
Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for August:
A 17-year-old male for red light violation, court ordered: car teens, 45-day license suspension with work privileges and fined $35.
