Annual pond fish sale begins at Hardin SWCD

The Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District is taking orders for its annual pond fish sale.

The following fingerling species are available: Largemouth Bass (2”-3”); Bluegill (2”-4”); Hybrid Bluegill (2”-4”); Channel Catfish (4”-5”); White Amur (8”-10”); Yellow Perch (2”-3”); Redear Sunfish (2”-4”); Fathead Minnows (2”-3”). Please note that the fish are sold individually.

The deadline for orders is 4 p.m., Friday, April 7. All orders must be picked up at 2:30 p.m., on Tuesday, April 11. Customers will need to bring a 10- or 20-gallon garbage can with a non-deodorized plastic liner one-half (1/2) filled with your pond water, to pick up the fish at the Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District Office, located at 12751 Ohio 309, west of Kenton.
