Victory with Pastor Pamela Lamb-Hart officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. Patricia passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Kenton Nursing and Rehab. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Patricia’s honor may be made to the Otterbein Methodist Church in Mt.
