It was his wish to be cremated. He died at 1:09 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021 at Lima Memorial Health System. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 and/or The Gideons International, P.O.
