ALGER — The Marion Township trustees will conduct their regular monthly meeting on Dec. 26 at 7 p.m. in the USV ambulance facility. Following the conclusion of the meeting, the trustees will hold their reorganizational meeting for 2019.

The Dunkirk Village Council will be holding an emergency meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 to discuss payroll of an injured worker.

Edward Jones Financial Advisor Marshall Wolowitcz announced this week that a second financial advisor, Doug Carmean, has joined his office in Kenton.

McGUFFEY — The Village of McGuffey will be hosting a Neighborhood Revitalization meeting at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Village Hall, 404 Courtright St. A free breakfast will be held prior to the meeting at 9:30 a.m.

The Hardin County Board of Elections will be meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 in its office in the courthouse to perform a post-election audit. Following the audit, the board will hold its regular December meeting which will include hiring a director and deputy director.
