Marion man gets two years in prison for break-in at Kenton store A Marion man was sent to prison for two years after he pleaded guilty to one count each of theft and breaking and entering the Showplace Rent-to-Own store in Kenton. According to records from Hardin County Common Pleas Court provided by Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office, James Bennett Chafin, Marion, drove with an accomplice to Showplace at 5:41 a.m. on Feb. 11, 2018, and smashed a glass door to gain entrance to the business.
