A suspicious person was reported in the 300 block of E. Ohio Street. Attempted vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 714 Cooper St.

Friday A woman was reported passed out in a vehicle at Kroger.

A report was received of a theft that occurred at Subway in Walmart. A crash was reported in the 300 block of E. Ohio Street.

The department received an anonymous tip of a female with an active felony warrant for her arrest who was at 655 East St. Apt. 3. An officer made contact with the subject, Sally M. Neeley, 1037 S. Main St. Apt. C8.

A report was received of a male wearing a black T-shirt on Resch Street who was self-inflicting cuts to his body. A male matching the description was located on Grape Street with several cuts on his arm.

An officer was dispatched to 232 N. High St. in reference to a theft. A possible intoxicated male was reported in Rush Trailer Park.

Friday A Walmart employee reported that a person who had previously been banned from access to the store was currently inside the store. That person, Timothy James Mullins, 428 E. Columbus St., came into the store with two females and went to the customer service area before leaving a short time later in a vehicle.

Officers were dispatched to 616 Robinson Ave. for a domestic problem. After an investigation, the suspect, Julie Lynn Norris, same address, was taken into custody for domestic violence and transported to the Multi-County Correctional Center in Marion.

Officers were called to 528 Decatur Street in reference to a domestic situation involving a baseball bat. Upon investigation, Rachael Jean McGrath, same address, was arrested for domestic violence.

Possible fraud was reported at 135 Harding Ave.
