Ada students pledge to ‘choose kind’ after hearing story of boy’s disability ADA — The students of Ada Elementary took a vow to “choose kind” after hearing the story of a fifth-grader who was born with a disability. Aiden Skees was born with Apert Syndrome, a craniofacial condition that causes anomalies of the hands, feet and skill. It is rare, said his mother, Taryn.
