BELLEFONTAINE — The Benjamin Logan girls golf team split a tri-meet on Tuesday, defeating Urbana 225-233 and falling to Riverside 219-225.. Mailiis Simovart led with a 41. Willow Titus added a 58, Gabrielle Schmidt a 59, Sarah Seeley a 67 and Sammie Lee 69.

BELLEFONTAINE — Will Kenoyer and Ethan Ricketts carded 40s as the Ben Logan boys golf team split a tri-match with Urbana and Riverside on Tuesday afternoon at Liberty Hills Golf Course. Urbana shot a 172, while the Raiders carded a 176 and Riverside a 190.

The Kenton Middle School volleyball teams lost a pair of matches to Wapakoneta on Tuesday night. Wapakoneta won the eighth grade match 24-26, 25-19, 25-23.

Wapakoneta defeated Kenton 4-1 in a Western Buckeye League girls tennis matchup on Monday afternoon. The Wildcats’ lone victory came at No. 1 singles as Mykaela Schriber bested Makayla Schroeder in a three-set match 6-4, 3-6, 6-4.

ADA — After winning game two handily and with its match against Ben Logan tied at one game apiece, the Ada volleyball team appeared to have momentum on its side Monday night. Instead, it was the visiting Raiders that found some electricity in their game, taking charge to easily win the final two games for a 29-27, 18-25, 25-16, 25-14 victory in the non-league matchup.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Gabi Rodriguez scored both Riverdale goals as the Lady Falcons defeated Woodmore 2-0 in a non-league soccer match Monday night. Lexie Wright had a long throw-in for an assist on the first goal, while the second goal came on a free kick.

VAN WERT — The Kenton golf team picked up its second Western Buckeye League victory of the year, defeating Van Wert 172-194 at Willow Bend Country Club on Monday. The Wildcats’ Rocco Longbrake carded a 42 to lead Kenton and finish second overall in the match.
